Messaging Service
To streamline the running of the Practice, Summertown Health
Centre has invested in a text messaging service to enable us to
keep you up to date for your appointments, please ensure that we
have your correct mobile number. If you do not wish to be
contacted via your mobile, please inform Reception.
Dr Judy Shakespeare
From 1st October 2009, Dr Shakespeare will be consulting on
a Monday and Thursday only. Professor Walton, who covered
for Dr Shakespeare's recent sick leave, will be doing two
regular surgeries on a Monday afternoon and Thursday morning.
Dr Alistair Hallam
We will be welcoming Dr Hallam back to the practice from
mid-November. He will be working on Wednesday and Friday.

Extended Opening Hours
We would like to remind patients that we have been opening on Saturdays, one late evening and
early morning per week since May. The feedback from
patients has been very positive and we are pleased to be able to
offer this service. If you would like to make an
appointment please contact reception.
Travel Vaccinations
We ask patients to complete a Travel Risk Assessment
form before they attend for their travel
vaccination appointment with the Practice Nurses. Please
