Patient Survey November 2008
The results of our Patient Survey are now in.
Thank you to all who contributed. The feedback will be
published on this website shortly and also on the Summertown
Health Centre information board.
Extended Opening Hours
We would like to remind patients that we have been opening on Saturdays, one late evening and
early morning per week since May. The feedback from
patients has been very positive and we are pleased to be able to
offer this service. If you would like to make an
appointment please contact reception.
Travel Vaccinations
We ask patients to complete a Travel Risk Assessment
form before they attend for their travel
vaccination appointment with the Practice Nurses. Please
