We
now offer a secure link to our appointment system enabling patients to view the same screen that our
reception staff use. You are able to view your future
appointments, book new appointments and change appointment times
without speaking to the surgery. We are only able to offer
doctors appointments with this system at the moment. If
you would like to make an appointment with the nurse, you will
need to contact the surgery.
The system also allows you to view and request repeat
medications directly with the doctor. This system is
different from the old online repeat medication request which
required you to type in the medications you require (if you
would like to use the old form please
click here).
Please note, we are bound by
strict patient confidentiality guidelines therefore, please only
ask for logon details for yourself. We are also unable to
offer this service to patients under 16 or their
parents/guardians.
This system is managed by our computer supplier (EMIS).
If you have registered for this service, please click on the
link below. If you would like to register for this
service, please ask at reception for your pass codes. You
will need to bring proof of identity (i.e. bank card, passport
etc). Please note, this cannot be done over the
telephone due to security reasons.
