Please note that when phoning to book an appointment with the nurse it would be helpful if you could tell the receptionist what your appointment is for.  Only some of the nurses are trained in specialist areas such as family planning, diabetes and asthma.

Health Care Assistants
Health Care Assistants are trained phlebotomists and run daily blood clinics between 9.30 -11am. They also offer appointments for taking blood pressures and health checks for new patients. Please ring for an appointment.

Patients requiring a fasting blood sugar test, or a test before work, should advise the receptionist. They will be given a specific early appointment if needed.
